My work is primarily about time and the experience of it. Or about the way that we have this structure called time that we can't really experience. I generally work with a process, a rule, a small intervention that I allow to work its way over and through something. I work with the idea of narratives, not their actual existence in the work but producing work that makes the viewer think of one, or become aware of the process of thinking of one, or using the gaps in things to generate one. Narrative is time made human and so through working with intentional non-narrative I hope to make the viewer aware of their presence and their process of interaction with a work.
